"dr." donald marshall of kirshenbaum & peruso commits fraud

I was shown a paper by a Medicaid Inspector where Dr. Marshall wrote that he pulled two teeth. What an ape.  A mandrill~  How can he be so stupid?  If the teeth are in my mouth, how does he think he's going to get away with this?  He is also the most incompetent, rude, snide, brain-dead dentist still walking around in this cesspool of a city.  Most of his patients probably don't know how stupid and fraudulent he is.  So I'm saying it. He needs to be de-licensed and thrown out of the dental profession.
